SUNFLOWER MLS HOUSING MARKET RECAP – JULY 2024 HOME SALES

The Sunflower MLS real estate market showed positive growth in July. A total of 359 homes were sold, marking an 8.8% increase over the 330 homes sold in July 2023. Sales volume climbed to $88.4 million, up 14.5% year-over-year, showing strong buyer activity across the region.
The median sale price reached $220,000, rising from $211,500 the previous year. Homes continued to sell quickly, with a median of just 6 days on the market, and closed at 100.0% of their list prices—highlighting competitive conditions and pricing confidence in the Sunflower MLS area.
ACTIVE LISTINGS AND INVENTORY TRENDS IN SUNFLOWER MLS
At the end of July, 411 homes were actively listed across the Sunflower MLS, up from 339 in July 2023. This increase reflects a 1.4 months’ supply of available homes, offering more choices for buyers while maintaining favorable conditions for sellers.
