The Sunflower MLS housing market saw a slight dip in total sales during June. A total of 337 homes were sold, down from 375 in June 2023. Despite the decline in unit sales, total sales volume rose to $84.5 million, reflecting steady buyer demand across the Sunflower MLS region.
The median sale price increased to $225,000, up from $195,000 the year prior. Homes sold quickly, spending a median of just 5 days on the market, and closed at 100.0% of their list prices—highlighting strong pricing confidence and competitive activity among buyers.
ACTIVE LISTINGS AND INVENTORY TRENDS IN SUNFLOWER MLS
At the end of June, 391 homes were actively listed within the Sunflower MLS, up from 320 the year before. This represents a 1.4 months’ supply of inventory, giving buyers more options while still maintaining a seller-friendly environment.

CONTRACTS AND PENDING SALES
A total of 315 contracts were written in June, down from 328 in June 2023. By the end of the month, 372 contracts remained pending, showing continued movement and sustained buyer interest heading into the summer.
